Our Cemetery
Since its incorporation in 1861, the Adath Jeshurun Cemetery, located at 1855 Bridge Street, has continued to serve the interment needs of congregants as well as offer a place for remembrance and reflection. While its lovingly manicured landscape offers plots available for loved ones, the site additionally holds interests for history buffs with many historical monuments and personages, including Civil War veterans, and AJ’s own Rabbi Klein.
The AJ Cemetery is open every day from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM except on Shabbat and Festivals. For information regarding the purchase of a gravesite, perpetual care, and/or burial fees, please contact the synagogue office at 215.635.6611.
