PLEASE READ
By attending services or events at AJ, all attendees confirm that:
  • You have not tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 5 days.
  • If you tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 6 to 10 days, you must wear a high-filtration (N95/KN95) mask inside the building through day 10
  • If you were exposed to Covid-19, you used the CDC calculator to determine if you need to isolate, and thus not come inside the building. 
  • You do not currently have symptoms consistent with Covid-19 including but not limited to fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell.
