Kobi Cooper (son of Wendy and Leonard Cooper!) is a tour guide in Israel and will be giving AJ an exclusive tour of Sataf, an ancient village only 10 minutes outside of Jerusalem. Sataf is full of agricultural terraces, springs, and caves, and is famous for its hiking trails and natural beauty. Kobi will also teach about the Seven Species (...a land of wheat and barley, of vines, figs, and pomegranates, a land of olive trees and honey...Deuteronomy 8:8), as Sataf is home to five of the seven!
