Join us on Thursday, February 5 for an Adult Ed evening sesson taught by Rav Shai. There are two kinds of slaves according to the Hebrew Bible — Hebrew slaves and gentile slaves. This session will look at some of the differences and their legal developments according to the Talmud. We’ll conclude with a brief discussion of Jewish involvement in the slave trade.
