Extended Day Enrichment
Program
 The PM Kindergarten is for 1/2 day
public school children and children in our morning program. PM-K stresses
creativity and original thinking by experiencing the arts: drama, music,
painting and sculpting. We discuss creators such as inventors, artists,
musicians and enjoy special activities with special guests, visitors, among
them, an artist, a cook, a dancer and a sabra. Gross motor skills are
emphasized through sports: ice-skating, basketball and soccer. They have time
for center play, games and the computer. All activities reinforce language
arts, math and science skills. All facets of Judaism are integrated within
the program, including the important concepts of family, caring,
celebrations, and traditions. Of course, the week ends with a pre-Shabbat celebration.
